All our suppliers and contractors, many of who have been working with us for years, have shown that they are suitably qualified, considerate and comply with current heath and safety legislation. We source our supplies at competitive prices due to the fact that we have kept good accounts with our suppliers for many years.
We have a comprehensive Health and Safety policy. Procedures are communicated to all employees and anyone involved in our construction activities. Our Heath and Safety policy is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that we meet all legislative standards and are following the best industry safety practises.
This project is a grade II listed building which we have underpinned the front and rear of the building so that we could extend on the rear of the property and lower the existing basement floor to create a more spacious feel. We have also knocked through the wall between the kitchen and dinning area to give that open plan feel.
This project was to extend the side of the house to form a larger kitchen and dining area / Tv area as well as an extra bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. The build was designed to get maximum light into these areas so we incorporated a Juliet balcony to the main bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a glue lam beam to the ridge.
