Custumer service is awfull! After a visit in their shop and all house windows and door measurments been agreed, they promissed to give me a quote on monday but never bothered, so called them back on thursday asking what was the problem. No explanation. Just promissed again to give me a quote on friday by 10am. But never heard anything since then. That was two weeks ago. Comon guys is that how you do bussines? Shame...
