A wooden door was replaced ok by them. On the third time she locked her door the lock stopped working and my elderly aunt was locked out of her house. I left phone messages and emails on Saturday lunchtime and they finally replied Tuesday. They refused to pay for an emergency locksmith and we're quite happy for my aunt to be stuck outside her house for 3 nights. The customer service following payment is not good. I would avoid using them and go somewhere else.

I would not recommend using this business. For an expensive bespoke door, the finish was not of the quality I would have expected and I have been left disappointed. Although the door was initially well constructed, the letterbox was cut at my premises and the joiner made a complete mess of mine. Instead of a neatly cut hole, it was a large and badly hacked gap which the large letterbox, (the business owner David Hyde’s idea and without any consultation with me regarding the size of the letterbox), barely covered. Consequently large amounts of wood filler were used both to ensure the hole was
