Mono Urban Space Solutions Ltd provides specialist, high-quality building and construction expertise. As main contractors, we work closely with client's architects and engineers on a wide range of larger commercial and residential projects. This includes new-build projects or extensive alterations to older properties in London and the South East.
Mono is working with Forest Carbon to mitigate its carbon footprint through supporting the creation of new broadleaf woodlands around the UK. As a result of Mono's annual investment, 680 trees will be planted in new Carbon Club woodlands across the UK, all certified under the Woodland Carbon Code. 170 tonnes of CO2 will also be sequestered from the atmosphere each year.
We specialise not just on completing challenging projects but also on completing the interior and exterior to the highest possible standards, in line with your architect's or designers plans. We ensure all necessary electrical, plumbing and other service requirements are in place on time for any specialist fittings, or we can provide a start to finish service where, for example, we fit your kitchen and bathroom.
In addition to our commitment to offsetting carbon emissions, we are more generally looking at how we can help to help low carbon / carbon neutral buildings by exploring a range of different technologies. We are encouraging and supporting our clients to implement new approaches to building and maintaining their homes as comfortable and liveable spaces.
