This is EPDM Rubbergard and EPDM Rubbercover which has a life expectancy of over 50 years; Rubbergard is for commercial use and new developments which need a Fire Rated Specification such as schools and larger developments. Rubbercover comes with a 20-Year written Guarantee from ourselves and a 20 year product Guarantee from Firestone upon completion and payment of the works.
Due to the very high scrap value of lead in recent months, more and more lead is being stolen from roofs, ie flashings, lead roofs, valleys, box gutters etc. So there is a growing need to replace lead with a product which looks very similar to lead and has got approximately the same life as lead, but with no scrap value.
We cover all aspects of PVC-u in various colours from white, black through to brown, foiled woodgrain, mahogany, light oak, rosewood, and many more. Concord cellular PVC-u building products are primarily used to replace timber or as a over clad system either internally or externally and as such preserve natural resources.
