I recently had a blocked sink, which was due to a badly positioned pipe. Shaun's colleagues explained the problem, carried out the necessary repair work, and tidied up afterwards. They also made a recommendation for a new shower. I have used them before for other work, including an emergency bolier replacement. They are reliable, fairly priced and very professional. I highly recommend Shaun and his team.

Excellent service: friendly, professional, tidy and less expensive than expected. Shaun and co changed our kitchen tap over and replaced a leaking bath very efficiently and with a great end result. Highly recommend them!
Our boiler broke and Shaun and his team came and arranged assessment and replacement really promptly. As always, they were knowledgeable, very capable and worked really hard to get everything done really quickly (as well as tidily!). Can't fault them. Highly recommended.

Shaun and his team have been maintaining both our plumbing and heating for years and have fixed leaks and heating problems at short notice and on a number of occasions. They always do a great job, while being clean and tidy. They are also extremely reliable and come on time when they promised. I would definitely recommend them, they are outstanding plumbers and if you need plumbing work done look no further.

I am very pleased with my bathroom renovation. Michael Thomas gave me some good ideas about how best to use my space and spent quite some time discussing my design ideas with me and various possibilities of getting the effect I wanted.
The job was intricate involving hand made tiles and concrete tiles plus bespoke joinery. The effect was fantastic with a high quality of workmanship throughout.
The work men were always respectful and polite and I felt as though I was being fully updated on progress and the costs were transparent and explained.
