He gave careful advice (visiting us twice to explain the pros & cons of the options), arrived on time & worked hard to make sure we weren't left without heating and hot water during changeover, & arranged collection of the old boiler and cylinder, leaving the house tidy.The work looks very neat, & the new boiler is working well.
