We are a family run business with over 40 years experience in the Double Glazing industry, based near Banbury, just outside Chipping Norton in the beautiful Cotswolds, with a growing reputation for service and quality. THIS COMPANY HAS FITTED WINDOWS TO MY ELDERLY MOTHER’S HOUSE AND SHE HAS HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS EVER SINCE. THE FITTERS VEHICLES LEAKED OIL ALL OVER HER DRIVE DAMAGING IT. THERE HAS BEEN NUMEROUS AMOUNTS OF RECTIFICATION AND THEY STILL LOOK AWFUL. THE WINDOW CILLS HAVE BOWED, LARGE AMOUNTS OF UNNECESSARY MORTAR HAS BEEN FORCED UNDER THE CILLS. THERE HAS BEEN WATER DAMAGE DUE TO THE FAILING OF THE SILICONE. ALL OF THE WINDOWS NEED TO BE REMOVED AGAIN. THEY ARE THE WORST LOOKING SET OF WINDOWS IN THE WHOLE STREET ONLY SECOND TO THE OTHER POOR HOME OWNER THAT EMPLOYED THIS COMPANY.

Every now and again you come across a company with such excellent customer service, that you feel you have to shout about it. Distinguished Windows is such a company.
From the point we sent an email requesting an initial quote, the team have been efficient, pleasant and have lived up to their promises. There is absolutely no hard sell; which is a pleasant change in this industry. They quoted and left us alone to decide if we wanted to order or not. They were also happy requoting as we changed a few ideas along the way.
They've just finished replacing the whole house. This was 17 windows (including
