At Bright Light we work hand in hand with private landlords and letting agents offering a bespoke service to the private rental sector carrying out electrical safety checks in rented premises and responding to reactive maintenance with a service second to none.

We also work alongside estate agents and private sellers ensuring properties are safe to be sold and carrying out pre-sale surveys for home buyers. Finally, we carry out an extensive range of work for private customers, including rewires, consumer unit upgrades, fault finding, extra sockets and lights, cctv installation, alarm installation, electric heating and hot water installations.

Stef is absolute genius! My friend moved house and on the first evening realised that half of the lights don't work. Even though it was late in the evening Steff was there to help out with the dodgy fuse box. Couldn't recoment enough! Fast and reliable!

Cannot fault their service. I use Bright Light for both my personal electric work along with using them for business purposes (I run a letting agent) and they are prompt, reliable and a nice bunch of lads.
