At Bright Light we work hand in hand with private landlords and letting agents offering a bespoke service to the private rental sector carrying out electrical safety checks in rented premises and responding to reactive maintenance with a service second to none.
We also work alongside estate agents and private sellers ensuring properties are safe to be sold and carrying out pre-sale surveys for home buyers.
