We have an OFTEC registered in-house plumber who is also qualified in solar panel installation, and we employ qualified and reliable sub contractors to carry out electrical work.All other trades; block laying, plastering, carpentry, roofing, tiling, painting and decorating are carried out in-house.
We have been working together as a team for over 15 years although many of us have 25 years experience in the building industry. We have steadily grown as a company based on our local reputation. All members of the team are qualified to NVQ2 level or above and we all hold Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards.

6 years ago Manser and co supplied and installed 13 sash windows for us. Despite our care, we noticed this spring signs of rot under the paint. Some bits of timber are so damaged and soft that they are disintegrating as we put pressure on them. The damage was hidden under the paint and it is not clear how the moisture has been getting into the timber, which is obviously of very poor quality and inadequate for exterior use.
