Bathroom renovations have been somewhat an area of specialism for Ian Scannell, with not only customer recognition but industry awards too. Ian Scannell was proudly voted Britain's favourite plumber (Scottish winner) in 2002 by the Institute of Plumbing and received numerous runner-up awards in recognition of excellent workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Up until the late 1990's plumbing, heating and bathrooms weren't just a specialism for our company, they were in fact the only services we generally offered. Being responsive to your customers' needs is key and very quickly did we realise that our customers, having experienced first hand our workmanship wanted more than just their bathroom fitted, or their central heating renewed.
