Based in the coastal town of Charmouth, I design contemporary, creative and sustainable outdoor spaces, in response to your needs and preferences, and in tune with the wider environment. As a designer I am particularly interested in sensitivity to site and through informed planting and sustainable materials I aim to encourage thriving ecosystems within your garden and to reduce the need for irrigation and chemicals.
The large garden surrounding this modern family home was designed to anchor the house in a difficult sloping site, and make better use of the space whilst at the same time making this an easily maintained garden area. A generous level terrace was created beyond the new extension, cutting across the slope to provide a large sunny space for outside entertaining.
