No, we do not use contracts. We realise we must always deliver the highest standards in order to maintain your custom and satisfaction. You will be allocated one cleaner to clean your home. However regular you choose to have the service you shall always receive the same cleaner each week. Each member of staff is thoroughly interviewed, vetted and trained by Laura herself.
I think of my home as a castle. And I bet that's how you think of yours too. That's why I will visit you in your home before I would even consider supplying you with our service. Not only will it give us a chance to meet, but we can discuss the basics of exactly what you need doing each visit. I can also get to know those little things that make your home your own.
I've been a cleaner for Laura for over twenty years and I care about your home as much as she does. I will ensure your house is cleaned to the exact requirements you discussed with Laura during your home visit. It's very simple. I turn up, clean your house then go again. If I'm poorly or on holiday Laura will send another member of staff in my place and your home will be cleaned as normal.
Sandra has been doing a great job for us for several years and I am more than happy with the service which she and Laura provide.
