We carry out projects that transform people's lives. Wright Build has undertaken a significant range of disabled adaptations for individual households on behalf of Local Authorities, Health Authorities and Housing Associations. 2 months on from having a kitchen fitted for a disabled member of the house We are still waiting for a response from G. the useless project manager, thank goodness he does not have the responsibility of a senior nurse as I did myself.
1st complaint left with only running water upstairs were a stair lift had to be used if water required during the day /evening if alone and unable to use my ONE arm at all- nigh on useless like this for 8 days
2 staff, joiners walking up and down our stair carpets with fithy boots, ruined the carpet, now having to replace at a cost of £700.00
4. The final straw

Work when finally done is to an acceptable standard .
Generally don't bother turning up when arranged.
Had issues getting them to fix snagging issues. Work done in November 18. Now Feb 19 and still waiting.
Unfortunately making appointments seems to be an issue, as in they dont turn up and don't bother calling
