Contacted this company to price to supply 25 windows and a French door. Initially customer service was good and we received the price from drawings we had done and supplied to them without site visit. In the meantime planning refused UPVC windows and we had to delay while we appealed. As soon as planning was received I contacted them to arrange the final survey. This was half carried out and we awaited the final price. I chased and was told it would be sent out that day. Nothing. Phoned the next day. Told same thing. Nothing. Emailed, no reply. In the end I emailed the company director and complained

The company booked a site visit and it was cancelled on the day. A second site visit was arranged, this was also cancelled on the day. I sent over pictures 2 weeks so i could get a quote, as they said they could give me a quote using pictures. To date i have not received the quote. I rang the office and complained about the service and the person i spoke to was not only unprofessional but rude.
I am glad i never gave the job to these time wasters.

Very disappointed with the company. Sent a photo of the work I needed done with my guttering and haven't heard from them in 4 days. My impression from this is that they are only interested in the bigger jobs.... Can't be bothered with the smaller ones. In my opinion.. Very foolish attitude. Smaller jobs will lead to bigger jobs and recommendations to friends and family. Your loss, Commerce Windows.

Arranged for Commerce windows to come and give me a quote waited for a week and on the day they phoned to say they can not cone so I rearranged for the following week and again waited for a week and on the day they again phoned to say they cannot come they tried to rearrange for again in a weeks time. This is bad business cancelling on customers well you have just lost over £25000 of my business your attitude to your potential customer is very bad.

The fitted windows are good, however the mess the workers left behind was unacceptable. Working without any supervision, they didn't cover surfaces to protect things around the windows from dust and dirt nor asked us to do so. We have cleared the access to all of the windows, but they still managed to damage the fridge-freezer, wreck the light in colour carpets and did not clean after themselves. As it was rainy outside, the fitters left muddy marks on floors. Left plastic bits lying around and pieces of shattered glass in the garden and kitchen area. They also helped themselves to mugs and tea
