I had double glazed windows installed at great cost. There was no difference between my old windows and the new windows. Complained to BMW management who sent a fitter to refill gaps with foam which made no difference. The double glazed units were of a poor quality as was the fitting. They then offered to fit triple glazed units at a discounted price which I turned down as I no longer had any confidence in their products or ability. They should of refunded my money at the very least.
I complained to FENSA who were less than helpful, they support the supplier, not the clients.

This is the second time i have used BMW home improvements for windows. The first time was a few years ago and they did a fab job and were competitively priced.
I have now instructed them to do the windows on our new house and the service has been brilliant once again and competitively priced too, which is very important to me.
I have had quotes elsewhere to compare and they were there or thereabouts, however they are doing an extra little bit of work for me that the others said they wouldn’t do so that’s where they got my business as I don’t want the hassle of 2 different trades people
