Excellent professional service received so impressed and pleased with extensive work undertaken in replacing boiler, installing shower and radiator thermostats by Tom, Owen, Pete, Graham and very kind friendly customer support from Julie. We would like to make a special commendation and grateful thanks to Tom who undertook the major job of replacing existing water tank type boiler with a combi system so very skilled, expert and efficient just fantastic such a friendly and approachable chap.

We hired Parsons plumbing and heating from Stafford to carry out a service on a domestic gas fire, the engineer attended our property and noticed that the fire showed signs of spillage. He removed the fire and carried out a test on the flue, which was fine, as it has only been fitted for three years, the engineer then informed my mum, a pensioner, that the fire could not be reinstalled due to the catchment area being too small at the rear of the fire and did NOT meet with manufacturers specifications. Unfortunately the engineer was reading the wrong page in the manufacturers installation instructions

We used Parsons to install a boiler and full central heating system - removing all our old radiators, pipework and boiler to provide us with a system that worked. From the point of the initial quotation, to completion of the work, the team at Parsons were highly professional and excellent. Everything happened exactly when they said it would, from the delivery of materials to removal of waste. Dave and Harry, who completed most of the work, are very clearly perfectionists, doing the job properly rather than trying to rush.
