Total fraud.We placed an order online for a fixed priced. After the completion of the transaction we were charged tax 20% (not even called Vat from them) that wasn't mentioned anywhere on their website. We've called them straight away and cancelled everything requesting a refund. Its been a month now and still haven’t received our money back. We have been speaking to them on the phone several times PLEASE STAY AWAY.

They saved me big time, so for me personally they are the best in the whole country as they were the only company out of thousands that do produce what I was after which is something very simple ( 1/4" and 1/2" soldering copper couplers).
