The company is very a much a family affair, founded by brothers Paul and Joseph Moran and their father Patrick Moran. Our sister company, Aldridge Homes Ltd was set up by Patrick Moran in a bid to fill the gap in quality housing delivered by a local, dedicated and accessible company. As we build all projects ourselves we have a firm grasp on quality from conception to completion, making us one of a small number of construction companies who can truly guarantee the standard and quality of our work.

Alder Tree Grove is a select development of four, stylish 5 bedroom executive homes located in a semi-rural location on the periphery of Aldridge. The high specification family homes are planned over three floors and have the benefit of tranquil surroundings yet within easy distance of Aldridge village centre.
I would like to say a huge thank you to both Paul and Joe Moran for the constant support and professionalism throughout the construction of our double storey house extension. Paul, Joe and the teams design and craftsmanship made our dream house come true. When we had discrepancies with our local planning authority, which halted the build, Paul and Joe took it upon themselves to resolve every issue as quickly and stress free as possible.
