Brontide Consulting retain a small core of highly experienced Mechanical & Electrical Engineers and CAD staff, all of whom work as a cohesive team. They are able to keep close control on their commissioned projects. Clients and design teams working with Brontide Consulting will find that they know who the engineers for the job are and that they are supported by permanent staff.
As registered Low Carbon Consultants, our design of building services strive to reduce Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions to a minimum and provide expert advice on sustainability and renewable energy technology. Feasibilty Reports of Renewable Technologies can be produced for proposed buildings. We employ the latest design techniques and theory to our projects, and sensibly advise the Client.
Commission: Full design services and construction monitoring of a new Teaching Block 8 classbases and new Hall (420 Pupils) and remodelling of existing school including Solar Panels to achieve BREEAM score of "Very Good". Commission: Full design of M&E Services for fit-out of high specification Retail outlet and construction monitoring.
Commission: A replacement two form entry primary school built at ground and first floor with a double height play deck at second; and 101 new apartments above to cross-subsidise the school's expansion programme. Brontide Consulting Ltd carried out the monitoring role of the MEP design and installation of the new school only.
Commission: Abridged design services and construction monitoring to Landlords, residential and retail units. The existing parade of 1930's retail units was extended to create new retail units. The existing residential units located above the parade of retail units were refurbished and also new extensions to provide 15 number high quality residential units.
