We moved to a new office and realised the number of power points were insufficient plus security was not up to scratch. We called Roberts for an inspection and asked for advice. I must say from the initial inspection to completion, the service has been first class. I would gladly recommend them to all.

I booked an appointment to get my extractor fans checked out and replaced. Despite having sent photos of the fans, as requested, and being told what models they were, the electrician who turned up spent the whole time on the phone to his boss asking questions only in order to confirm these facts.
I was then quoted an outrageous price for new parts - averaging more than twice the price for which I was able to find them myself. When I pointed this out, they clearly knew they had been rumbled and refused to engage further with me.
