We produce items such as hand built kitchens, utility and boot rooms, bedrooms and dressing rooms, studies, snugs, offices and media rooms, together with individual pieces such as dressers, island units, tables and stools.

He will measure, sketch details, take a note of any period features, get a feel for the ambience you wish to create and talk through possibilities.

Services
Mark Butterfield has always had a passion for making things and initially trained in the building industry. At the age of 17 however, a local cabinet-maker spotted by chance a chest of drawers Mark had made himself with hand tools, and Mark was offered a position as an apprentice cabinet-maker. Over the next 16 years Mark built his way up from the workshop floor to supervisory and then management positions.

This is not an exhaustive list of everything we have done, and neither does it limit what we are able to do, it is merely a selection of styles and ideas that previous clients have chosen, designed to help give you a feel for our work and an understanding of what we could do for you.
Our company is based in Somerset and we love to work locally for clients across the South West of England including the Counties of Dorset, Devon and Somerset, the wilds of Exmoor, North Somerset including Bristol, and Bath & North East Somerset. We are also very happy to consider commissions from areas such as Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Everything we make for you is designed, produced and finished by our small team of talented craftsmen using hand tools, machines and processes in our Somerset workshop.
