Very very long delay before furniture arrived. I had two emails within three minutes of each other giving me different delivery dates. Had three dates given altogether. It finally arrived at the centre then I had to wait nearly two weeks for delivery. Furniture made by the manufacturer excellent, such a shame I did all the chasing on the phone and visiting the showroom. Covid has caused a lot of delays which I fully understand but does not and will never be the cause of lack of communication.

Ordered a Himolla Chester lift and rise chair on 17/10/2020 we were told it would be early December for delivery, finely it was delivered on the 17/2/2021, on the 28/9/2021 the chair developed a problem they sent someone out to check it out they said it needed a full set of foam inners and the frame needs looking at, they ordered it from Himolla,… i was told it would early November but now it's going to be around the 12 December we paid £2.078 with a discount for this Chair. I wouid think twice before i purchased anthing again from Park Furnishers if they can't supply the back up,

I am still waiting for delivery of sofas that I purchased on the 12th April!
Originally, these were due at the end of August - they allowed an extra 4 weeks to cater for ‘Covid’ and any issues that may be encountered.
I was informed of a delay after I called to chase the sofas in August, and how they would then be delivered in September.… September comes and another delay. Promised they would be in this country on the 10th October and with them by the 25th October.
Today is the 26th and instead of getting the email requesting the balance and delivery dates as I would have expected

We were looking for a new sofa and really wanted to support a local independent business here in Bristol so headed over to the new Park Furniture store at Eastgate - we had put the whole day aside for finding one and were prepared to travel. Park Furniture was our first stop. I was very pleasantly suprised at the broad range of furniture from modern to traditional and within 5 minutes found two perfect sofa choices! Be aware that if you buy from this company and you later have a problem with your purchase, the customer support will be woefully lacking. They would be better off employing people to actually help their customers, but instead my problem with a bed mattress is being dismissed with blatant untruths and fabrications. 25 years a customer, but never again.

Still awaiting a refund , from August , it should have happened automatically . Early December , after several phone calls and messages left on the answerphone I eventually had a response and a lovely lady said she would sort it out . Card details exchanged ( don’t know why as they already had them ) , and a guarantee that my refund would be made… that day. Two months later and still waiting. No surprise that nobody is available to answer the phone , and you can’t leave a message. No surprise that the automated responses saying they will get back in one to two working days keep

I hope when Park Furnishers relocate they use the name Leekes. The Park Furnishers we have used for many years are no longer.
I ordered furniture at the end of October with a delivery of the 1 Jan, 3th Jan I contacted them to be advised it would not be delivered to them until the 2nd Feb, 5 weeks late.
I again contacted them for an update to be… advised it is now in their warehouse to be delivered 16/2/21, that is 2 weeks sat in the warehouse , a further delay.
They say there is a letter in the post as they do not have my email, the sales guy took that down, I have been communicating via

As a previously satisfied customer, having made numerous purchases over the years, it saddens me to say I wouldn’t recommend Park Furnishers to anyone. I appreciate these are challenging times, however Covid can not be an excuse for continuous incompetences and complete lack of communication. We have been more than patient, encountering endless… errors and quite frankly events that should not have happened, and I don’t believe it’s too much to ask for a Telephone Call? We have had a catalogue of errors, far too many to list! and are still awaiting this to be resolved many

My elderly Mother ordered and paid for a carpet plus fitting in full 6 weeks ago but did not get a receipt and has had to constantly chase for information which has not been forthcoming. The carpet was promised in 3 weeks but they do not answer her calls and 6 weeks later still no carpet or date to fit. She wishes she could cancel her order as this experience has been beyond appalling. I

When Park furnishers get it wrong - they get it totally wrong.
We ordered our kitchen at the start of January for end of January delivery. When I called the week before it was due for delivery to confirm a… date I was told there was a mistake and that the handles to my kitchen hadn’t been ordered, as a result the whole order was put on hold (no product code on the sales order was the excuse) - apparently Symphony had emailed them back straight away to notify them but it then took Park until the 22nd January to email back the correct product codes, by which point my kitchen was delayed

Went with Park Furnishers based on great family recommendation, paid higher than with other companies for the customer service yet received SHOCKING service.
One sofa has a bit hanging off the side, the two… sofas have different colour legs on them, whilst getting our bed upstairs they completely ruined our wall with big scuffs and digs out of it and mud all over our 5 day old carpet.
It’s our first home and what should be exciting has been a nightmare. These things happen but it’s how they’re put right that makes a difference and we’ve not even received an apology
