Wonderful furniture which stands out from other furniture manufacturers that I have seen in various shops and on the internet. The weave on the Verona is curved and smooth, colours great and the cushions have a great feel to them. The service from Alexander Francis was personal. To sum it up, easy ordering, great service and fantastic luxurious furniture. There are so many options out there when looking for outdoor furniture, I definitely recommend Alexander Francis if you want something special.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Worthless 5 year warranty and terrible comms. Damage reported to Milano set that cost c £3k in August 2018 after less than a year and just a few weeks of use. Still fighting to get cushions that fit the new frames that we waited OVER 7 MONTHS to be replaced. Too much time wasted taking photos and videos to prove the damage. Patronised by staff insinuating that we didn't know 'which order' the cushions sat in. Sent clips to clip the frames together so the cushions would fit (?!). Told that we had exaggerated the damage. Photos speak for themselves. Shameful customer service
