Clarks Outlet, The Boulevard Martin Contracts carried out the plumbing Works which included a complete new Installation of Sanitary Ware including Doc M pack, Toilet Pan, Wash hand Basin & Taps and Water Heater, completed with all necessary valves, fittings, etc, to meet current standards. Agnew SEAT Auto Exchange went under extensive renovation works in their current Belfast Showroom.
The works include many additional features to the stylish showroom including a trim area, an accessories display and a spacious waiting area with tea and coffee facilities. Martin Contracts where part of the showroom refurbishment works which included the mechanical installation of Soils, Wastes, an Water Heater and new Sanitary Ware.
Caf Andaluz, Edinburgh For our sixth project in partnership with DiMaggio's Restaurant Group, we undertook the design and installation of both Mechanical and Electrical systems. The restaurant has views of Edinburgh's Castle spread over the two floors and is located just a short walk from Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile and National Museum of Scotland.
