Woke up to a completely flooded kitchen after the boiler had leaked all night?!! Called them and they were brilliant! Talked me through what the issues were to see if he could help me other the phone! Ended up having to come out and was absolutely brilliant! So friendly and professional. Got the job done within the hour! Can't recommendations highly enough!

I spoke to Anthony over the phone and he was able to fix my issues without even needing to attend my home. It was late in the day and he asked me to send him some photos of the issue. After sending him images of the faulty toilet flush he was able to direct me over the phone and safely repaired the fault. He did not charge me anything and saved me a call out fee. Thank you so much - very professional and efficient without needing to attend.

This guy was so unprofessional, it was disgusting. He refused to do the job, because the parking spot was more than one block away from my flat. I couldn't believe it. There was parking in the rear, but he didn't want to risk it being, because it was a double yellow. So he just drove off. He REFUSED to do the work. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Anyone who would leave you in the lurch like that is not someone who can be trusted.

Had them visit for a routine gas safety. Individual who visited reported a gas leak and several other issues. Refused to return our keys without paying the invoice after we said we would get a second opinion as had no issues in the days prior.
Had another company go in the next day, none of the reported issues seemingly picked up.
