We are a local Business that specialises in Built-up Flat Roofing and Single-Ply Systems. The Company was set up by myself, Brian Sands. I have over 30 years experience in the Flat Roofing and Single Ply industry, starting off as a Roofer, thereafter a Supervisor, then a ContractsManager, before going on to use my skills and experience to set up my own Company.

I currently hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) level 5 card. Specialising in Built-up Felt Roofing and Single Ply systems. Our services include new and refurbishment work to the domestic and commercial market. We carry out Felt pour and roll systems, Felt torch-bonded systems, Single-Ply mechanically fixed and adhesive systems.

We also carry out Cold applied liquid plastics.

We can supply and fit UPVC facia boards, Soffet boards, Barge boards and dry-verge systems. We provide high quality roofing work at reasonable prices and will give you honest, professional advice on the condition of your roof.

One layer of high quality mineral surface cap sheet bonded with grade 95/25 hot bitumen or torch bondedto underlay. The Above specifications are for guidance purposes only. Please contact us and we will provide a quotation to meet your roof requirements. All new and refurbishment works will carry a minimum 10 year guarantee with a life expectancy of 20-30 years.
