This service is simply for a cleaner to carry out the required work to your specification. Weekly / Fortnightly Cleaning - First 2 hours (Minimum) 30.00 therafter 13.75 per hour. Clean oven internally to remove all built up grease as well as clean exterior and polish any external chrome. Dusting throughout, including: light fittings and shades, light switches, skirting, curtain rails, wall pictures, mirrors, fire surround and radiators.

Timekeeping terrible. Didn't finish job. Threatening message from person who intially viewed flat and kept messaging me despite my going above her to 'managing director (who, eventually sent me an email image forwarded of my SONY BRAVIA TV which had been plugged in on first day the 2 male cleaners arrived nearly one and a half hours later than originally agreed. 2 female cleaners came for the next 2 days with excuses for lateness and short hours spent in flat ranging from dropping children off at school to hospital visit. Each day arrived late. Still waiting for email image of SAMSUNG TV they left
