I would love to be able to rate Pure Quartz highly but have had the most terrible experience with them. They came, templated and fitted everything in good time. Once fitted, however, and money paid, we noticed some issues. Over 8 weeks later, the issues still aren't resolved, and we've been given every excuse under the sun. I'm just so disappointed, not to mention out of pocket as now we have to pay someone else to come and fix it. Really, avoid this company. I wouldn't want anyone else to have a similar experience

Would not recommend at all. Told template fitting would be between 12-3pm but was told I had to wait in all. Waited in all day and had someone else have to do my school run. Still no show at 3:45pm phoned to be told the bloke was running late by a couple of hours. 7pm and still no show. Another phone call made to ask where they were. Told 10mins… away. Another 20-30mins and he arrives. Template all done to then receive a message from Lee saying “your job is cancelled find another company all the best”. Obviously we are very confused at this point as the man has literally only
