Paid £300~ for an end of tenancy clean. They left the property is a pretty poor state, which they then had to rectify at the request of the letting agents. Some bits weren't even completed the first time, and they advised the marks on the toilet wouldn't come off.

What a fantastic company, i was let down by another company last minute and had to have the apartment cleaned by the following day. I called up GoGo Cleaning in the evening and asked whether they would be able to clean the following day (very last minute) and they were very very helpful, i had a quote within 10 minutes, they were over the following morning at 8:30am sharp (when they said they were going to be), and even sent update photos as the clean was going on. I tried to arrange for domestic cleaning after being in a severe accidenr and a member of staff misspelt my name meaning she didn't send me the payment details. Therefore the appointment did not go ahead. I tried to rearrange and spoke to three people on the day that the cleaning was supposed to happen. None of them got back to me. When I spoke to the woman again (I think her name is Emin) and asked to speak to her manager she said the manager was out of the office. I didn't want to write this review but i gave GoGo cleaning every opportunity to correct the issues with no avail. After doing a 'post tenant clean' with optional oven clean on a vacant property' the standards were terrible. and the photos demonstrate it. An agent found new tenants but quoted, 'we,ll take it but only if its professionally cleaned' and thats after GoGo cleaning had cleaned it! I had to have it re-cleaned and subtract an oven clean from the tenants deposit. I appreciate its tough and busy times running a small business but standards and customer service should be your bond and key
