We are a letting agent and are experienced in dealing with contractors – many of whom we have excellent working relationships with – and we book in hundreds of jobs each year; never has one dealing been so unpleasant and unprofessional as this company. Avoid at all costs.

I was very disappointed with the service received from Liftaway for my end of tenancy clean. After the clean, I visited the property to find cupboards remained dirty, hard floors not cleaned and 14 drop marks on the carpet which weren’t there before! Pictures of this are below. While they do offer a ‘guarantee’ with one free of charge return, this is not the quality you expect when you pay for a professional clean.
I would also note the date of my clean was changed by Liftaway, which I was very accommodating of due to COVID, however this meant I was unable to accommodate their ‘guarantee’

Recently moved into a new house which previous tenant hadn't taken good care of the bedroom carpet. Justin came exactly on time and did an amazing job! He was very thorough and even took care the tiny edge behind the wardrobe. The carpet looks like brand new. Highly recommended!

Justin was great. He fitted us in for carpet cleaning in our new and old properties. He also was able to clean the property we were moving out of at very short notice when the previous cleaner was unable to clean it. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the services he offered and explained everything really clearly. The jobs were completed to a really high standard and for a very reasonable price. He is really friendly, genuine and professional. I would always use Justin in future and cannot recommend him highly enough.

AVOID! DO NOT USE! Avoid them if you want some piece of mind while moving home. I contacted them for my end of tenancy cleaning (on 13th August) based on the reviews left by others. The experience was nightmare. They were really nice till they got hold of the advance amount. I had paid £149 for the cleaning for 1 BED house. Initially, Aga, told me that there will be 3 person team to clean my 1 BED house. On the day of the cleaning, she sent one person who did not finish the job. The cleaning was not even domestic level. Please see details below. I immediately called Aga complaining about it asked
