We are over the moon with our worktops from Bellagio. They look amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. When we had issues with the kitchen not being ready for templating, Bellagio went out of their way to help and accommodate us, and made sure we had the worktops fitted as soon as possible to give us a working kitchen. The templating and fitting was perfect. Very knowledgeable team.

Best shopping experience in a long time. Walked in with wife and welcomed by George who was excellent at showing us around the showroom and providing all of the information we needed to make a decision. The showroom itself is excellent and really shows off the products. It even has a small children's corner table and toys to keep them busy.

Unfortunately my experience in the last 4 weeks have been far from ideal. Beautiful product BUT after 2 failed attempts we now have a fitted worktop - as long as we are prepared to use very thick wall tiles to hide the larger than promised gap between worktop and wall. Where did your measurement to accuracy cutting go?
Something that is even more worrying is the 'misinformation' between the fitters on site and back office. Twice I received emails from you that was just purely wrong. I do not expect this from a quality supplier.

Fantastic service from start to finish, would highly recommend Bellagio Stone. We recently purchased our new kitchen worktop Bellagio Stone. They were recommended by a friend, we visited the showroom by appointment only (covid protocol), and 3 -4 weeks later we have a beautiful new worktop. They were very professional at all stages of the process. They helped us choose a worktop that fitted our colour scheme and budget. The team that came to measure spent the time need to ensure they had everything they needed and a week later the worktop was installed.
