Amateur hour at Holdcroft Heating. They were late and performed the wrong check, demanded cash at the door, then no contact for 1 month. Called up to enquire about status and got a lot of lip from the lady on the phone. Would not recommend as completely wasted my time and money.

We've used Holdcroft twice now for a standard service and to fix a boiler issue (during lockdown). They are responsive and fair-priced, even suggesting a way we might be able to sort a fix for free with the manufacturer, before coming and solving the issue on the same day when this didn't pan out. Social distancing completely adhered to in a situation where, with two young children, we really needed the hot water back. Highly recommended, highly professional, completely fair pricing for a job well done.

Every aspect of this company is first class and some of the best customer service I have ever received.
Mark visited to talk through what our options were replacing the boiler with absolutely no pressure. The ladies in the office got everything booked in and followed up with confirmation and the engineers on the day were a pleasure and I have never known people clean up after themselves so well. We wouldn’t have known they had been if it wasn’t for the new boiler on the wall.
I would have no hesitation recommending Holdcroft Heating to anyone. Fantastic company.
