I was let down by my insurers over an emergency heating/hot water breakdown a week previously in December, we had endured freezing temperatures and snow during that week waiting to hear back from the emergency engineer, this morning, after still no closer to knowing when the engineer would return, I decided to contact Jason and he attended and repaired my boiler with heating and hot water restored the very same day, an absolute life saver and a star! We contacted Jason about an intermittent problem with our boiler. He responded quickly having knowledge of the problem from experience. He arrived punctually and carried out thorough checks and cleaning to the system. It seems to have fixed it without replacing any parts. Great service and value. We will ask Jason to carry out any plumbing issues for us in the future. Highly recommended.
