Development of New Victoria Hospital, a private hospital architecture of new development and redesign, in Kingston Upon Thames, London, UK. New build architecture and design for one of the world's largest shipping companies China Shipping, in Felixstowe, UK. Palace Green is the first new build on Kensington Palace Gardens for 100 years.

Formerly the home of Canadian-born press baron Lord Beaverbrook, Colwyn Foulkes is working with the current owners to refurbish, develop, and design a luxury golf, hotel, and spa resort - 'Beaverbrook'.Working with Hounslow Council we obtained planning permission for the demolition of the existing derelict Morrisons supermarket, and the construction of a mix of 177 affordable homes and social housing, alongside an 8,000 sq ft food store.

Sidney Colwyn Foulkes "SCF", at aged 16, became the sole provider for his family when his father passed away. At the time, Sidney was employed as a joiner and builder. He worked tenaciously to ensure financial security for his family, achieving a prestigious scholarship to study architecture under Professor Sir Charles Reilly, Head of the Liverpool School of Architecture.
Since 2016 local councils in England have been required to keep a register of interest for those who wish to build their own homes. After two and a half years of hard work, we are pleased to announce that our project in Liverpool for Australasian hotel giant Quest -. The Tate Modern always has great and diverse exhibitions of the work of modern artists and for me this show is one of the best yet!.
