After exploring the space they had we developed the project further to suggest reconfiguring the ground floor to create a large open plan kitchen /dining/living space. Plot designed our large house extension and built us a lovely kitchen and cupboards. Very honest and straightforward to deal with. Every issue (and there were a lot with covid) they managed to turn into an oportunity building us a house i feel it totally unique to us. I recommend them to everyone i meet and am thankful for the hard work and resolving out the issues that occurred because of covid-19/ builders / unknown drains! Have a holiday soon guys! Amazing creativity combined with pragmatism on budget and a focus on delivery. They designed a rear extension in Teddington and delivered something really special. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
They were helpful every step of the way from design to procurement and oversight of delivery. They even stepped in to help when we had some problems with suppliers. I would definitely use them again.

We are working again on a new project and it is reassuring to know that Olly has a skill base that vary's from my own and compliments. We have worked with PLOT on a number of projects and would highly recommend them. Having worked with quite a few architectural practices I would say PLOT are the best we’ve found. They are always available if we have any questions and their plans are very detailed, so we know exactly what we are building before getting to site. PLOT are always looking for ways to build the project to the highest quality possible and ultimately get the very best end result possible for my clients as well as trying to be efficient and cost conscious at the same time.

PLOT architecture assisted us in the successful planning application for a rear extension. As our project was very time sensitive, Mollie in particular was great at liaising with the council’s planning officer and very thorough in providing all the documentation necessary as quickly as possible to avoid any delays. Mollie and Ollie were also very good at dealing with some tricky structural engineering issues to our best advantage. PLOT was also instrumental in finding the right building firm for our job. I would definitely recommend.
