Terrible company and the owner Gareth is incredibly arrogant, non-responsive and just does not give a damn about customers. Had a heating problem over Christmas [we have a contract with his company] and, whilst I recognise he may have been off or busy, having read my text [it said read], the guy did NOT even bother responding. Sent another polite message, read and ignored.
No response whatsoever EVEN to show he cares about his customers rather than himself ONLY. If you ever use this company and want some work done, that was not done properly the first time around, forget it!

Dripping overflow - Separately, boiler stuck in "on" position - How hard is it to stop an overflow pipe dripping? A previous attempt involved 3 plumbers, a huge bill and a week without water - and didn't solve the problem. Gareth came round and sorted it out the same afternoon. Shortly after that, the boiler decided not to turn itself off. Gareth came round again, changed the timer and a valve, unscrambled some previously botched wiring and got it to behave. ( I had been expecting to be told I needed a new boiler. Phew!) Net, he turns up on time, is fairly-priced and actually solves the problem

Whilst it was not an emergency Gareth came back to me very quickly to arrange a date. His man arrived on schedule and was polite and professional throughout my contact with him. He was also tidy and completed the paperwork required to maintain the guarantee on my boiler without me asking. Excellent service and I would recommend Gareth and his team.
