Excellent service. Very professional. We had a very heavy table top we needed to move from a second floor apartment, to another second floor apartment. The team were great, protecting the item and the surroundings, they carried the table up a spiral staircase.
I can’t recommend this company enough.

�️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow - an absolutely first class job on our move which happened to be on the hottest day of the year. The team worked their socks off all day, were super calm and friendly and treated our belongings with the utmost care. The price was very reasonable for the job they did and the guys made the whole moving experience so much easier. Communication before the move was very clear and prompt despite it being peak moving season. I would recommend Big Red Movers to anyone without a doubt. Asked for a quote on a packing and removal. Got a time and a date they said they would come round. The day came, they never turned up. I rang them, eventually got an answer on the 4th try. Spoke to the same person who I'd exchanged emails with and apparently they never wrote it in the diary. The excuse was "Busy". Well... you won't be busy for long if you don't turn up when you say you will to give quotes. Such a shame.

Lovely team, who helped out at short notice with a move from Yorkshire just as we entered lock-down in March. Very friendly, helpful, efficient.
Mitch and his wife and the whole team looked after us very well. They had also done a removal for my daughter previously, who had been very pleased with them. Would strongly recommend them. (Sorry I didn't post this 5 months ago!)

Mitch and his team did such a brilliant job of our house pack and move this week. We moved into a 3 storey townhouse and needed a big American style fridge freezer moving to the first floor and nothing was too big a job for them. They were professional, personable and I would recommend them to anyone moving house. Huge thanks! We would never been able to do it without you!
