Good workmanship but fitted wrong door panel and was reluctant to return to base to pick up replacement. He did after we told him without catflap our cat would remain outside for 2 days. Also a promise by rep to fix handle on front door (one of theirs) was not done even promised by workers who said that they would return.... 2 weeks ago!

Fantastic service from everyone at JS windows, Jay provided me with a competitive quote, and there was no hard sell or pressure from him, infact gave me really good advise about what would be best for my property.
I was under a really strict deadline to get the windows changed before I had new tenants move into the property, literally 10 days or so... but they managed to get these made and fitted to the exact time I needed them done.
The windows look great, and have really made a difference to the property, really good quality. I cant wait to get them fitted in my own house.
