If i could give Articad 0 stars i would have we have been waiting nearly 2 years for lots of issues to be rectified and this never happens. It constantly crashes and you have to start again the catalogues are incorrect on several of the manufacturers from wrong colours and sizes. We purchased a second licence in 2019 and have been unable to use it as the first one has caused so many problems and loss of time. We constantly have conversations with the technical side and to no avail.

Avoid at all costs!!!!
The worst systen i have ever used, door styles, colours and items are always incorrect and when you report the issues all they say is it will be sorted in next update and they never are. I have lost so much business due to the poor service.I resort to drawing on paper as the system has so many issues. Worst business mistake i ever made was choosing Articad.

I have used Articad for a number of years now and have seen the software develop and improve so much over time. In my opinion, it is currently the best design package on the market.
Customers never fail to be impressed by the visuals and love to experience virtual tours using the Oculus quest. However, I would never have been able to achieve these results without the amazing help I have received from the support team. Thank you all for your patience with all my requests over the years! I have been an Artcad user for nearly 15 years now and the support in the past Has always been slightly hit and miss..! but I had the most excellent first class service today ..! from Tom who spent at least 45mins with me today explaining the Issues I was having with Ceiling wedges.
Tom also fully explained the lighting adjustments that has now dramatically improved my HD renders.
So thanks again Tom for your help today
