Great communication and pleasant enough to deal with. Delivery was later than scheduled only by a day, which I think is more than acceptable given the times we are living in. Delivery driver was first class and extremely helpful. The reason for marking so low is due to the cobbles themselves. Firstly they are for the majority a really good size however, they looked completely different to the sample batch and lot’s of them weren’t in that great a condition (see photos). Far too expensive to return them so had to keep them. Quite disappointing for the price paid.

This the place to go for the DIYer. They are very helpful, they have far more products than any other wood yard or stone place. They are a lot cheaper than others and include FREE delivery, they also picked up excess bulk sand, you can’t beat service like that. There is always someone outside to greet you and help you with your project. I needed 2 different coloured single pieces of India stone, other yards said I would have to buy 2 meters,minmum ,Forward sold me 2 pieces from extensive stock saving me £40.

This is the first time I've seen Forward Builders Suppies. The experience has been brilliant a/ I used the on-line chat option for assistance in order quantity of gravel...speedy and useful reply received b/ Due to a network error I mistakenly placed the order twice...when I contacted Forward they were very understanding, cancelled one of the orders and made an immediate refund which has been received c/ Delivery request was followed as required and the driver was friendly and helpful. The product was very good quality. All in all a good decision to shop here, I will use again when the need arises
