Design Haus has secured planning permission to extend a private client's home in the picturesque village of Moore near Warrington. Originally a two-bedroomed post-war house, the two-storey contemporary extension will deliver two extra bedrooms with wrap-around terrace to the upstairs. On the ground floor, there will be a large open-plan kitchen/dining room with tri-fold glass doors extending across the rear elevation.
It has been a busy few months for Design Haus, with a string of new commissions for clients across the North West. The team is excited to be converting Grade II listed offices on Manchester's historic St John's Street into a luxury private residence together with a contemporary rear extension. Over in Lancashire, Design Haus is working on two private developments.
