Amazing kitchens. Incredible service from design to installation. Harvey is a legend. Simply the best kitchen shop in the North West. Shame some small minded, mean spirited, waste of breath thinks it is acceptable to leave a 1 star review because the shop couldn't remember the manufacturer of a display light! This shop has been providing a fantastic service for decades. Plain and simple

I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. Plain and Simple have been excellent from start to finish, including all the workmen employed by them to carry out the work. The quality and finish of the kitchen is a dream and although I am not a really a cook a pleasure to cook in.
Thanks again to all at Plain and Simple and I have not hesitated to recommend them to my friends.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mum. My mum had her kitchen arranged to be fitted back in June and the full completion only took place last week, that's a total time of 6 weeks. She has small children to look after and had moved out in June to allow them access needed to get it all done and had originally been told approximately 2 weeks for this service to be finished. The overall service has been poor, she wasn't kept in the loop about what was happening and nobody has even been in contact to see if she is happy with her kitchen. Such a shame that this poor organisation has taken away

After calling into the shop with a general enqirey, the owner of the shop was rude and un helpful. We asked about a light fitting on display and we were told it was not for sale and he did not know the make or the supplier. In the shop window was a case study of a kitchen they had supplied and fitted. In the kitchen was the same light fitting. A helpful business man would have shown more interest and provided more help. We visit Knutsford several times each week and have excellent relationships with several businesses in the town. This shop fails to meet the standards set by the rest of the business

We are very disappointed not receiving a payment after the hard work we have done , excel granite and marble have completed a porcelain kitchen worktops for plain and simple 3 months ago , the customer was happy with our service !!
Harvey has claimed that it's been payed to a fraudster
