The large choice we offer in our Birmingham and furniture online stores allows us to satisfy even the most demanding customers. You can collect your furniture from our Birmingham store if you wish, but distance is not a problem, as our delivery network serves the whole of Great Britain.

This guys I buy from them a sofa but it doesn't fit in my flat door when I return back they charge me 20% because I was signed a lot of pepper and they don't told me any ting before I signed guy becarefu reading before you signed team and conditions I was lose for nothing

No respect to customers. They have good prices and good products but their way of talking to customers is very rude and arrogant. This would be the second time this has happened. They make you feel like you don't belong. I hope this issue can be resolved.

Bought Nevada Corner Sofa bed, ordered in June for Delivery end of August. It seemed to be fine until the delivery day. It has been delivered after 9pm, in darkness. The driver requested to sign off document to confirm the quality of the sofa was as expected. We refused and said that this can be only done after assembly and the daylight inspection. The next day we assembled it and to find out the issues with misalignment of the headrests, different height of the two main sofa elements which looked as 5cm one higher than other, the significant worn marks on the fabric. THIEVES!! Our consignment arrived packaged together, once we signed for it and realised the sink was missing I called them and they basically called me a liar and hung up the phone

Quality of the bathroom furniture is crap i'm having to dispute this with paypal now, stay well clear they are cheap for a reason!!
