Plumbing and Heating is our business and we've been doing it for more than 20 years now. We carry out a vast array of work from simply changing a ball valve in the loft through to bathroom design and heating installation in a domestic house to working with Milsom's a local prestige's hotel chain whether its calling on there latest emergency required to keep there business running smoothly.
We enjoy nothing better than seeing the reaction of a client when they see there new bathroom suite for the first time after changing it from there tired old one. Mostly clients want that wow factor when choosing a new suite and we can certainly point them in the direction of that. We work closely with you understanding what type of suite you want.

A requirement of Regulation 36 (Duties of Landlords) of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, is that any gas appliance in a property owned by a landlord that is rented out, must be checked for gas safety within 12 months of the installation date of the appliance, and then within 12 months afterwards.
