In 2000 the current Chairman, Ian Mutton joined and the practice has steadily grown in all aspects of its work, knowledge, scope of design and architecture. Operating from three offices in Norwich, St Neots and Sheringham, SMG can now boast 5 RIBA Architects, 10 technical staff and a knowledgeable support team.

It was with some trepidation that we embarked upon plans to extend our property but any doubts we may have had were soon allayed as we started to work with our architect, Luke Sterne, from SMG. Throughout the process he was thoroughly professional and eager to please. His enthusiasm for his work was inspiring and he came up with a much admired, stunning design which provides ample space to meet our needs. We are delighted with the outcome and would recommend SMG and particularly Luke, without hesitation.
