When systems are correctly assessed and set up, the long-term maintenance costs reduce and confidence in the system increases. Solwat provides specialist and bespoke heating installations for commercial and public sector building environments. Either working as the contractor or alongside the main contractor, we are able to install, service, commission and manage all aspects of old and new heating systems.

The services we provide for our clients are wide and varied; including installation of new hot and cold water systems and heating systems, reactive and planned maintenance, and through our experienced engineers, an increasing number of fault finding projects. Having developed the reputation for quality and assurance over a number of years in the demanding areas of the MOD and NHS; we are able to undertake all traditional areas of plumbing.

Solwat offers water treatment and analysis packages for both domestic potable water and heating systems. Working closely with our clients, we provide a bespoke legionella management service. Dovetailing the clients understanding of their buildings, their manpower and our professional expertise; we can provide an effective program of monitoring and maintenance to meet the stringent legal requirements monitored by the HSE.
