Please don’t use this company. I invite attention of all the customers and insurance companies, this company will bring bad reputations for your your business my lose your customers.
They created false reports if they have parking disputes or same issue if you call them repeatedly so that they cannot get blamed for their previous repairs did not carry out to the engineer.
They right report to the company what does not cover by your boiler/central heating insurance policy.
Their license should be disqualified. Please don’t use this company they are crooks.

DISHONEST
Right gas instructed by Scotish Power Energy to do my Boiler annual Service. My Boiler only 4 years old. He saw the boiler then said, new boiler. He went to my back garden to see my bird Avery. He reported to Scotish Power he serviced the boiler. My boiler service book record did not fill.

This company took advantage of my mother who lives alone. They carried out a boiler service which went fine but at the very end when he replaced the cover, Aaron, feinged to feel behind the boiler, explaining that a gromit was missing and therefore come back for another £129. He took 10 mins for the visit.
She had to pay £129 twice..... Once for the service, and again for a gromit.
She was left feeling stupid and angry to this day, more than a year later.
Absolutely disgusting.... Im guessing now they have a new name and continue to take advantage of people.

DISHONEST! DO NOT USE! Sent out via Homeserve contract to my 90 year old mum for a dripping tap. First plumber said taps need replacing & that we had to buy our own taps, since found out through Homeserve that the plumber should have supplied them. Second plumber arrived to fit the taps, had difficulty removing them so used a hammer & damaged her pipes. Instead of owning up & fixing it, he stuffed lots of toilet paper to hide it & left. We discovered a leak the next day which was fixed the day after that by another plumber. If they can leave a 90 year old lady with a leak they not only caused but

Called out as part of our Homeserve insurance as boiler wasn't igniting. Engineer spent 10 minutes maximum before condemning the boiler and disconnecting it from the mains. Gave me a list of things wrong with it and deemed it unsafe. I'd had it serviced by a local company 2 weeks prior so I asked them to take a look the next day. Our local engineer took a look and said the boiler is absolutely safe to use and the repair was very minor, he fixed it in 20 minutes and re-connected it. Please be wary of letting Rightgas into your home to look at your boiler.

An awful company. They do not even deserve a single star. They will make you wait in vain to have the necessary repair to the boiler. HomeServe should not be charging its clients a huge amount of money to have their boiler repaired by Rightgas Group Lt. Avoid HomeServe & avoid Rightgas. They are equally bad.

Homeserve - why, oh, why do you insist on contracting these low-end, budget, jobsworth, cowboy-plumbers? They're unprofessional in their demeanor, they appear to lack common sense, and they do not instill me with confidence that they know what they're doing or know what they're talking about.
Yes - it might be a cheap option for you to hire these muppets in the short term, but it'll cost you MANY more customers in the long term. Not a good business strategy.

Have a maintenance contact for our boiler with Scottish Power.
Contacted Scottish Power on Sunday evening as our hot water wasn’t working.
Right Gas called on Monday to make an appointment for an engineer to come and out. Was specifically told that they did not do afternoon appointments in our area and would have to be a morning appointment. This was not convenient as both myself and my wife work.
Agreed to an appointment on the Tuesday between 08.00 – 13.00 and booked a half days leave. Called up at 09.00 to see if I could get an ETA and was told the engineer would be on site around 12
