Completely unreliable in my experience. Good initial communication and a prompt visit to price/scope, along with being knowledgeable and personable meant Nick was booked in for some initial project work, with a plan for regular on-going work agreed. Dates were confirmed but Nick never showed up. Eventually contacted to reschedule the next week blaming weather on delays - didn't show again. No apology calls or notifications either time. Again, eventual contact to reschedule, and again for a third week was a no show. Even spoke with him the day he was due to turn up given the track record - he said
