Shaws Glass replaced all windows in our bungalow in the middle of the pandemic. Of course everything was slow (when we asked for the initial quote all country was in a lockdown), but we finally got our quote, windows were measured, we visited the showroom in Horsham and had a very nice and informative conversation there, that helped us to decide on style. A year on we still love our new windows.
There were few small issues during installation, but they were quickly fixed. Also few months after installation glass cracked in a vent window - that was replaced free of charge.

This company fitted my conservatory a few years back and every year thereafter they came out to repair leaking roof vents which were under warranty. That in itself isn’t the issue, the warranty has now run out and I am prepared to pay to have them repaired however; I have left 3 answerphone messages and have emailed and had absolutely no response from them! Very disappointing and unprofessional. I have recommended so many people to use Shaws Glass but I certainly won’t be anymore!!

Not very good. I sent them photos and measurements of a couple of Windows which i wanted replaced, I waited over a week, called them about it , saying had they got a quote for me yet they said they would get back to me
but still haven't heard from them and its been over 3 weeks now
